Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and handle kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
- Capable of maintaining near constant communication with team members
- Ability to work safely in an alert manner
- Occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
