Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve department performance
  • monitor progress and provide direction to achieve restaurant objectives
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain high standards of customer service
  • oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
