This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products while managing the business independently from McDonald’s USA. This means that the franchisee is a separate employer and is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- prior management experience in a restaurant or related industry
- ability to lead and motivate a team

- Previous General Manager experience
- experience managing high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- monitor departmental progress and provide direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- foster a high functioning leadership team
