Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol if applicable
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy enforcement
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising and disciplining staff as needed
- foster a positive restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to staff
- assist team members with duties when needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- enforce OSHA and safety policies
- monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting
- manage food and labor costs
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform all other duties as assigned
