Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, including general manager roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-departmental teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • Local market knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budgeting, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial success
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management techniques
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to drive profitability and operational efficiencies
  • Build and develop a cohesive, motivated team that embodies the company’s service culture
  • Maintain strong owner relations and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
