Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 3+ years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
- Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor and scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant team
- Maximize sales and profitability through execution of established systems
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Manage inventory, labor, and scheduling
- Oversee quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Handle profit and loss responsibilities
