Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 3+ years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role
  • Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor and scheduling
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to restaurant team
  • Maximize sales and profitability through execution of established systems
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Manage inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • Oversee quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle profit and loss responsibilities
