Job Duties

  • Lead a team of shift managers

  • Responsible for training and hiring shift managers

  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to create plans to achieve restaurant goals
  • Manage restaurant operations to maintain profitability
