Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance and addressing complaints
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Promote sales building activities and maximize table turnover and sales
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food, and labor
  • Manage P&L including food and labor costs
  • Oversee proper use of restaurant equipment and maintain facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
