Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance and addressing complaints
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales building activities and maximize table turnover and sales
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Oversee proper use of restaurant equipment and maintain facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
