Job Requirements

  • Must have previous restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certified
  • Moe’s Manager certified
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to a background check
  • Ability to manage 15-25 team members effectively
  • Must be able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform interviews and staff development
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Previous restaurant experience is a must
  • A combination of related experience and education may be considered
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to a background check
  • ServSafe certification
  • Moe’s Manager certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness, responding to guest complaints to retain customers
  • Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues following Moe's Way
  • Maintain staffing needs plan, interview prospective employees and follow staffing protocols
  • Develop team members by providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
  • Enforce food safety standards including ServSafe and Moe's Manager certifications
  • Manage food flow to ensure quality, proper portioning and low waste
  • Ensure security procedures to protect guests, employees and assets
  • Maintain a safe working and guest environment, completing injury reports timely
  • Manage shifts effectively and address issues from mystery shopper reports
  • Adhere to Sterling standards to meet sales, labor hours, and cost goals
  • Utilize P&L reports to improve profitability and oversee financial reporting
  • Book monthly spirit nights and foster strong community involvement
  • Maintain professional image and hygiene standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
