Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to work a minimum 45-hour week including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficient with basic computer and software operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to promoting company mission and values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant software such as Aloha POS and Homebase
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, and restaurant policies
- Experience in employee development and training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate restaurant operations including hospitality, safety, cleanliness, kitchen, and bar
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Monitor food quality through daily line checks and proper food handling
- Manage financial duties including cash handling, invoice updates, and payroll monitoring
- Schedule staff hours, assign duties, and recruit new employees
- Develop and train employees to enhance leadership and hospitality skills
- Resolve guest complaints and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
