- prior experience as a general manager in quick service restaurants
- knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers in setting and tracking their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing and scheduling
