Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • minimum one year of experience as a hotel general manager
  • proficient computer skills
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • proactive and aggressive in solving problems
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience as a hotel general manager

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team performance
  • ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns
  • manage and respond to guest reviews
  • follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
  • manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L
  • network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
  • lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
  • assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space needs as required
  • cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
  • adhere to property emergency procedures and ensure security
  • perform other duties as assigned
