Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership role experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment preferred
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands to handle objects and controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and handle disciplinary actions including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- maintain a warm, friendly, hospitable atmosphere encouraging employees to do their best
- communicate sales performance and anticipate variances
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash procedures, inventory, food and labor costs, and review financial reports
- manage food and labor costs through scheduling and inventory
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other assigned duties
