Job Requirements
- ServSafe certification
- Certification as a Moe’s manager
- Ability to maintain health inspection scores of 90% or higher
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage 15-25 team members
- Experience in financial management and operational standards compliance
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing catering duties
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service & cleanliness and respond to guest complaints
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate staffing plan, conduct interviews, and follow staffing procedures
- Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Enforce food safety standards and maintain high scores on health and corporate inspections
- Manage operational responsibilities including security, safety, shift management, and investigation of customer feedback
- Adhere to financial goals for sales, labor, and costs and analyze monthly financial reports to improve profitability
- Foster community involvement through events and strong local presence
