Job Duties
- Support the development of assistant general manager, hospitality leads, and team members and inspire them to lead shifts that promote an exceptional guest experience
- Work hands-on identifying, prioritizing, and delegating tasks to the leadership team and team members
- Delegate tasks that promote learning and professional growth for your team
- Take part in interviewing, hiring, and retaining new talent
- Partner with HR and district manager to manage performance and progressive discipline
- Execute values conversations around performance
- Write thoughtful schedules that meet business needs
- Have crucial conversations with your team and celebrate wins
- Coach team members to provide genuine hospitality and maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and food safety standards
- Lead kitchen employees alongside kitchen manager to execute food quality
- Read financial reports and manage financial tracking
- Hold teams accountable for operational excellence in product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and guest service
- Promote strong team culture through accountability, collaboration, and communication
