Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing a fast food or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
  • willingness to uphold company values and ethical standards

Job Duties

  • manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
  • inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • uphold Wendy's quality standards in all items served
