Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work at least 48 hours per week
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain safe and secure workplace for employees and guests
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, cash management, and compliance
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to build strong teams
