Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
  • Previous management experience in a food service or retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to handle physical demands of the role such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies
