Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
- Previous management experience in a food service or retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Capability to handle physical demands of the role such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies
