Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years’ experience with proven success in supervisory or leadership roles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle with mileage compensation
- minimum age 18 (19 in Alabama)
- background check required
- ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds
- able to work a full-time schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- able to meet the physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds
- background check clearance
- associates degree or higher preferred
- experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- lead the charge for local marketing strategies and business-to-business partnerships
- examine, evaluate, and process loan and pawn applications while assessing risk
- enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and laws
- participate in audits and compliance reviews
- supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- participate in selection, review, hiring, and retention of employees
- develop work schedules according to budget and store needs
- handle complex customer situations professionally
- monitor and maintain store appearance and facility needs
- perform duties outside the office such as vehicle appraisals and marketing
- work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership
- maintain full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance
