Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of operational or general management experience
  • at least 2 to 3 years retail or rental management experience
  • FL approved Boating Safety Course
  • proven leadership experience in hospitality or concessions management
  • strong financial acumen including budgeting and reporting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality
  • build strong relationships with guests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • monitor and report on financial performance and operational metrics
  • promote environmental stewardship and ensure regulatory compliance
  • partner with clients to fulfill all contractual and service obligations
  • develop growth strategies for the operation
  • identify, coach, and support staff development and advancement
