Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in hotel management
- valid driver's license
- ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff
- provide hands-on leadership and guidance

- assist with housekeeping and daily operational tasks
- ensure compliance with emergency procedures and hotel security
