Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in hotel management
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • proactive and hands-on management style

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff
  • provide hands-on leadership and guidance
  • maintain high guest service standards and address guest concerns
  • manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L
  • promote the hotel through sales and marketing initiatives
  • assist with housekeeping and daily operational tasks
  • ensure compliance with emergency procedures and hotel security
