Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must be willing and able to lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • experience using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally for training and other tasks
  • eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
