Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must be willing and able to lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- experience using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally for training and other tasks
- eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation

Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls

- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
