Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Experience managing a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to provide coaching and develop team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and execute business goals
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Understanding of customer service standards
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, following up progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- Drive continuous improvement within the restaurant
