Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and a high-quality dining experience for all guests
  • Drive sales growth while effectively managing financial aspects including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and develop management staff, fostering a culture of leadership and professional growth
  • Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and health regulations
  • Handle customer relations with professionalism and resolve issues tactfully
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain the integrity of Walk-On's scratch-made menu
  • Work with marketing to enhance the restaurant's visibility and brand recognition
  • Lead by example to cultivate a positive work environment and a team-oriented culture
