Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and a high-quality dining experience for all guests
- Drive sales growth while effectively managing financial aspects including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, train, and develop management staff, fostering a culture of leadership and professional growth
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and health regulations
- Handle customer relations with professionalism and resolve issues tactfully
- Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain the integrity of Walk-On's scratch-made menu
- Work with marketing to enhance the restaurant's visibility and brand recognition
- Lead by example to cultivate a positive work environment and a team-oriented culture
