Job Requirements
- previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- flexible availability including 24/7 on-call support
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial records effectively

Job Duties
- be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team
- oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
- inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards
- lead all aspects of hotel operations to ensure financial success and guest satisfaction
- develop and mentor team members to foster professional growth
- handle emergencies with 24/7 availability to maintain hotel standards
