Job Requirements

  • previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • flexible availability including 24/7 on-call support
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial records effectively

Job Duties

  • be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team
  • oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
  • inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards
  • lead all aspects of hotel operations to ensure financial success and guest satisfaction
  • develop and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • handle emergencies with 24/7 availability to maintain hotel standards
