Job Duties
- Lead performance management activities with staff including goal-setting and coaching
- assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees
- partner with HR in recruitment activities
- oversee onsite onboarding, training, and compliance activities
- ensure completion of ongoing training per Restore standards
- motivate and align managerial staff to maximize productivity
- enforce store policies and productivity standards
- monitor and document staff performance and behavior
- oversee employee scheduling for optimal coverage and efficiency
- audit and verify payroll details including commissions and bonuses
- conduct staff meetings to communicate goals and promotions
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- continuously improve operational execution and adhere to safety standards
- communicate equipment maintenance needs and oversee repairs
- collaborate with supervisors to optimize store performance
- ensure exceptional customer experience
- manage scheduling flexibility including weekends and holidays
- resolve customer service issues promptly
- provide daily reporting on appointments, revenue, and calls
- report safety and medical incidents as required
- drive store sales through memberships, packages, and retail
- maintain strong local partnerships
- participate in community wellness events and foster fitness partnerships
- lead team in product knowledge and sales success
- manage and exceed sales targets while maintaining budgets
- coordinate local marketing and prospecting initiatives
