Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight travel
  • maintain valid ID for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years retail management or relevant experience
  • success in financial management including top-line sales and payroll budgets
  • proven retail management skills in inventory, operations, and merchandising
  • leadership experience in talent development, motivation, and change management
  • proficient with technology including POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to change

Job Duties
