Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in restaurant management
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in computer usage
- ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- basic knowledge of business math and accounting
- availability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and take disciplinary actions including termination
- address and resolve complaints
- foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work practices
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- manage P&L with focus on food and labor costs
- control food costs via recipe and portion control and conduct weekly inventory
- optimize employee schedules and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
