Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years general management experience in the QSR industry
- MSc/MA in business or relevant field preferred
- Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Run the restaurant as a business with a focus on sales and profit goals
- Hire, train, and retain staff to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor and interpret P&L statements to influence profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
- Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency
