Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years general management experience in the QSR industry
  • MSc/MA in business or relevant field preferred
  • Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategy implementation knowledge
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • Run the restaurant as a business with a focus on sales and profit goals
  • Hire, train, and retain staff to ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor and interpret P&L statements to influence profitability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and employment laws
  • Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency
