Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • proficient with scheduling and performance management tools
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • optimize front and back of house performance through effective staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture that reflects company values
  • communicate effectively with leadership, staff, and guests
  • represent the brand in the community and build meaningful relationships
  • oversee cost management, controllable expenses, and operational compliance
  • implement marketing initiatives, both local and national, to drive sales
  • act as a business owner, taking accountability and demonstrating stewardship
