Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a general manager
- Proven ability to deliver financial results and manage P&L
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to manage labor productivity and budget effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in upscale or branded hotel management preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering financial results and managing budgets
- Experience building and growing cohesive teams
- Positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction history
- Knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage operations
- Understanding of governmental regulations including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
- Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
- Creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager
- Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
- Achieve business goals while maintaining style and ambiance of the property
- Serve as strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel performance including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor
- Direct leadership teams across hotel departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Lead day-to-day culture and ethical leadership to ensure associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and solid business results
- Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and corporate leadership
