Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a general manager
Proven ability to deliver financial results and manage P&L
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and safety standards
Ability to manage labor productivity and budget effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in upscale or branded hotel management preferred

Job Qualifications

Proven track record in delivering financial results and managing budgets
Experience building and growing cohesive teams
Positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction history
Knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage operations
Understanding of governmental regulations including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
Creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager
Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties a plus

Job Duties

Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
Achieve business goals while maintaining style and ambiance of the property
Serve as strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel performance including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor
Direct leadership teams across hotel departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
Lead day-to-day culture and ethical leadership to ensure associate engagement and guest satisfaction
Build owner confidence through proactive communication and solid business results
Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and corporate leadership
