Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate business meetings and conferences including overnight stays and travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • Frequent use of computer, telephonic devices, and office supplies
  • Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
  • Frequent bending, pushing, reaching, and twisting
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs
  • Continuous walking, coordination, and manipulation of objects during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales growth, reporting, payroll, and expense control
  • Demonstrated retail management expertise in inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • Leadership experience with talent attraction, development, motivation, adaptability, relationship building, and team influence
  • Proficient with technology including Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and achieve sales and payroll goals
  • Address financial and operational issues identified through reporting and audits to meet store goals
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance and enforce store attendance policies
  • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent
  • Address policy violations and take corrective action in partnership with management
  • Build an engaged team embodying the brand through collaboration and communication
  • Create an inclusive environment that fosters associate growth and engagement
  • Lead manager and associate development including training, feedback, reviews, succession planning, and development plans
  • Ensure direct reports participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Model open communication by sharing enterprise strategy and aligning goals
  • Promote teamwork by working alongside management and providing clear direction
  • Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Enforce dress code and scheduling policies
  • Manage store scheduling to optimize guest experience and reduce loss
  • Prioritize and execute store workload using task management tools
  • Protect company assets through loss prevention and safety standards
  • Conduct inventory control processes and theft reporting
  • Support adoption of company initiatives, technology, and improvements
  • Provide feedback to leadership about business trends and operational challenges
