Job Requirements
- Must have a food safety manager certification upon hire
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Scheduling flexibility to cover mornings, nights, and weekends
- Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent time management and delegation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a retail environment

Job Duties
- Manage overall operations of one Freebirds restaurant location
- Ensure all financial KPIs are met including budgeting and cost control
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain food safety and quality standards in compliance with regulations
- Handle scheduling and labor management to meet business demands
- Resolve conflicts and address customer feedback effectively
- Generate and present reports, ideas, and budgets to senior management
