Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and address employee disciplinary issues
- shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional and hospitable behavior
- communicate sales performance and operational initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
