Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years management experience in restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations
  • standing for long periods
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to travel to multiple stores
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold environments

  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • supervisory and training experience
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Meet budgeted sales targets
  • set and meet controllable cost targets
  • develop and execute local store marketing plan
  • respond to competitor activities
  • hire, train and manage subordinate managers
  • maintain store cleanliness and quality standards
  • manage store budgets and communicate variances
  • conduct customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
  • train personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • manage production labor and food cost control
  • maintain employee files and adhere to policies
  • conduct performance reviews and take corrective actions
  • manage maintenance and safety compliance
  • oversee employee relations and grievance process
