Job Duties
- Meet budgeted sales targets
- set and meet controllable cost targets
- develop and execute local store marketing plan
- respond to competitor activities
- hire, train and manage subordinate managers
- maintain store cleanliness and quality standards
- manage store budgets and communicate variances
- conduct customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
- train personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- manage production labor and food cost control
- maintain employee files and adhere to policies
- conduct performance reviews and take corrective actions
- manage maintenance and safety compliance
- oversee employee relations and grievance process
