Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol-serving restaurants
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and use hands effectively
- Good vision and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain restaurant cleanliness and operations

- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing employee discipline
- Shape positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction and employee success
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with duties when necessary
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors and maintain a safe environment
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash security, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage budgets and financial reports including P&L
- Oversee schedule optimization and labor cost management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
