Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and reward or discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape the restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to team
- Assist team members as needed
- Champion sales-building and suggestive selling activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health, and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage profit and loss including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control for food cost management
- Optimize employee schedules and monitor labor through scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
