  • possess valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate
  • have minimum 2 years restaurant general manager experience
  • demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • exhibit exceptional guest service and communication abilities
  • understand restaurant financials and technologies
  • ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
