Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
- provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team success
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- address guest concerns and manage guest reviews
- manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L to ensure operational excellence
- network within the local community and promote the property
- lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space duties as needed
- cover employee shifts to maintain operational continuity
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security
- perform other duties as assigned
