Job Requirements

  • ability to lead and manage a team

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
  • provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team success
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • address guest concerns and manage guest reviews
  • manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L to ensure operational excellence
  • network within the local community and promote the property
  • lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space duties as needed
  • cover employee shifts to maintain operational continuity
  • follow property emergency procedures and ensure security
  • perform other duties as assigned
