Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work full-time with regular attendance including weekends

Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies and use business-to-business partnership opportunities
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations
- Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees
- Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
- Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs
- Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
