Job Requirements

  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
  • 1+ years of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team achieves outstanding results
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and address guest concerns promptly
  • Manage guest reviews to uphold review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines and manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L
  • Network within the local community and lead guest sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space needs as required
  • Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
  • Implement and follow property emergency procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
