Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Valid driver license
- Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
- Team player and hard worker
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
- Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead and develop restaurant staff to achieve high performance
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Implement team-building strategies and foster a positive work culture
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Provide excellent customer service with true hospitality
