Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
  • Team player and hard worker
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
  • Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop restaurant staff to achieve high performance
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Implement team-building strategies and foster a positive work culture
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service with true hospitality
