Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
- MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
- Availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business strategy knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Physical ability to meet the demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance evaluation and training initiatives
- Drive hiring, training, and retention strategies to meet sales and profit goals
- Operate the restaurant with a focus on business ownership and bottom-line results
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, federal and state employment laws
- Manage financial operations including profit and loss interpretation to influence profitability
- Foster an engaging work environment promoting teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Implement business development strategies and monitor growth metrics
