Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to analyze store performance and implement improvement strategies
