Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in leadership role
- Minimum 4-6 years in related restaurant environment
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capacity for bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Sufficient vision and sensory abilities
- Must be able to access all restaurant areas

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as necessary
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximize table turnover
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, labor, and schedules
- Manage food and labor costs as per budget
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
