Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in leadership role
  • Minimum 4-6 years in related restaurant environment
  • Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
  • Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity for bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Sufficient vision and sensory abilities
  • Must be able to access all restaurant areas

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
  • Shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with job duties as necessary
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximize table turnover
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • Maintain operational efficiency with cost control and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, labor, and schedules
  • Manage food and labor costs as per budget
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
