Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7 years experience working in logistics distribution or relevant environment
  • 5 years leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
  • Strong business communication skills in English
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Good organizational and personnel management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must adapt to fast-paced and changing work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
  • At least 5 years in leadership role in logistics or supply chain operations management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency in warehouse management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial accounting related to P&L and budget management

Job Duties

  • Oversee strategic direction and operational management in compliance with company policies
  • Lead operations to achieve productivity and service goals
  • Manage client relationships and act as primary customer interface
  • Develop marketing plans and assist in business growth
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and federal and state regulations
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, pricing, and financial controls
  • Develop and maintain systems for operational performance monitoring
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN, Six Sigma, and ISO compliance
