Job Requirements

  • previous 5+ years of general manager experience within a busy full service or conference center hotel
  • proficient computer and office skills with ability to communicate effectively through email and manipulate data from spreadsheets and databases
  • experience with hotel information and accounting systems pertinent to the brand
  • premium brand experience highly preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous 5+ years of general manager experience in a busy full service or conference center hotel
  • proficient computer and office skills including effective communication via email and data manipulation
  • experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems relevant to the brand
  • premium brand experience highly preferred such as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, or IHG
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • develop cohesion with associates and maximize each one's potential
  • keep current market share and aggressively grow new prospects within the market
  • successfully interact with hotel ownership, key leaders, staff, and corporate personnel
  • focus and adhere to Crestline's key success measures including Revenue Index, Flex/Flow, and Guest Satisfaction
  • develop a staff optimization plan for all leaders to ensure unparalleled service and success
  • develop positive relationships with sales staff including onsite, regional, and corporate sales leadership
