Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management
- strong understanding of business and financial operations
- capability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- prior restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- proficiency in business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
- excellent communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality and customer service
- manage P&L performance including sales forecasting and budgeting
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build strong, motivated teams
- maintain compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- deliver excellent guest experiences by leading through service and communication
- jump in to assist team members during peak times or operational challenges
