Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
- MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends within opening hours
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- Manage hiring, training, and retention to meet sales and profit goals
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Interpret profit and loss statements to influence business decisions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC regulations, and employment laws
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management to enhance customer experience
