Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years experience managing a hotel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
Physical capability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in computer applications
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Understand and implement property emergency procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
